We ask that all guests please adhere to a few rules and policies so that every family can have a safe and great experience with us.

Entrance Gate closes at 11:00PM and opens again at 7:00AM

COVID-19 Specific Policies

Check-In: Upon arrival, all Dunes Harbor guests will be required to complete a health screening for all members of their party to ensure they are not exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19. Guests will also be required to sign a COVID-19 waiver and liability form.
Suspected Illness: If a guest is experiencing signs and symptoms of COVID-19 at any time during the duration of their stay, they will be asked to leave the park, along with the rest of their group.
Amenities (Including Pool and Playgrounds): At this time we are not able to open the pool, playground, sandbox, hammocks, and volleyball court. We hope to open many more activities as the season progresses and new guidance from national, state, and local authorities is available.
Visitor Policy: Due to increased health and safety concerns related to COVID-19, Dunes Harbor sites and amenities may only be used by registered guests. No day visitors will be allowed until further notice.

Quiet Hours: 11:00PM - 7:00AM. Please be considerate of your neighbor at all times - day and night. No radio, loud talking, or camp set-up after 10:00PM. All children must return to their campsite by dusk.

Permitted Vehicles: At no time are guests allowed to start an ORV such as a quad, dune buggy, dirt bike, etc. in the campground. Revving engines will NOT be tolerated. Only street legal vehicles allowed in the campground. Trailers storing dune buggies, quads, dirt bikes, boats, etc. must be parked in the parking lot near the entrance. Speed limit is 10mph, please be on the lookout for children.

Tents: Tents are permitted on sites. Tents on a Full Hook-Up site need to be set up on the parking pad.

Site Selection: Site selection is request only. We will do our best to honor your request.

Garbage/Dumpster: Dumpsters are located off the main parking lot. Please dispose of all garbage in the correct receptacles, your campfire is NOT for garbage. For your convenience, staff will pick up trash bags placed at the front of your site before 10:00AM. Please do not place any trash after 10:00AM.

Swimming Pool: Pool hours are 10:00AM until 10:00PM. NO LIFEGUARDS ON DUTY, SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. Pool is for use by registered guests only. No running, jumping, or rough play. Small inflatables are allowed as long as they are not bothersome to other swimmers. Swimmers need to shower prior to entering pool area and must have proper swimming attire. Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Children who are not yet toilet trained must wear swimming diapers. Please use modesty in all swim attire.

Picnic Tables: We do not have a problem with you moving your picnic table for group dining. We ask that you return it to your site prior to departure.

Pets: All pets must be registered with the office. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and never left unattended, even in your camping unit. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet. Pets are not allowed in the bathhouse, camp store, pool area, playgrounds, rental units, or cabins. Pets must not disturb other campers with barking or aggressive behavior. If damage is done by your pet, you are responsible to pay for that damage. Two dog limit per site. No pitbulls or rottweilers allowed.

Smoking: Smoking is limited to your site. Please do not leave any cigarette butts on the ground.

Alcohol/Intoxicants: Grace Adventures desires to provide a safe environment for all employees, campers, and guests and to create an environment where they can focus on and learn more about a deepening relationship with Christ.  Dunes Harbor Family Camp has zero tolerance for illegal substances and intoxicants, including marijuana and alcohol, on all our properties, in all our facilities and vehicles, and at all our events.  All such substances are strictly prohibited.

Profanity: Profanity of any kind is not tolerated. This is a family campground and we ask that you respect the other guests.

Fireworks/Firearms: Are not permitted in the campground at any time.

Site Maintenance: Campsites are to be kept clean. Please respect our property and leave the campsite the way it was found.

Property Damage: Any damage to our family campground will be charged to the registered responsible party and you may be evicted from the campground. Parents or guardians will be held responsible and financially liable for actions of their children, visitors, and themselves. Cutting, injuring, or driving nails into trees is prohibited. Please notify us of any defacing of campground property.

Eviction: If security or management has come to your site for any disruptive behavior, you will be asked to leave in a quiet and orderly fashion. If you do not, the authorities will be called. We value your patronage but we will not tolerate any guests who disregard or disrespect their neighbors or property.
